Mentorship Opportunity at Deloitte for Underrepresented Students
This year, Deloitte Consulting LLP will be working with students on campus to establish a unique and diverse mentorship program to further student professional development known as the Deloitte Leadership, Allyship and Mentorship Program (DLAMP). DLAMP has been designed to connect diverse students and consulting leaders through a cohort-driven mentorship program with a focus on building meaningful connections, developing leadership skills, and cultivating professional confidence. As part of the program, participants will be accepted into a national cohort of student leaders and paired with junior and senior-level mentors at Deloitte. Mentors will be the focal point of a participant’s network, and will help guide an experience that includes: • Network building with Deloitte leaders based on industry and functional interests • Career coaching and exposure to opportunities in consulting • Preparing and practicing for application & interviews, including resume review and case practice Students from underrepresented minority groups are highly encouraged to apply for this amazing opportunity! Invited participants will be paired with professionals across Deloitte Consulting representing a variety of functional and industry experiences. Look no further, the Deloitte Digital Salesforce Academy’s (DDSA) UCLA Salesforce Bootcamp is here! The Salesforce Bootcamp is a free, two-part virtual Salesforce training, where Deloitte’s certified leaders will prepare 30 select attendees to take the Salesforce Administrator Certification through highly interactive and personalized sessions. They will be taught by Salesforce leaders from across Deloitte, giving you the opportunity to connect with multiple Deloitte team members while preparing you on your journey towards becoming a Salesforce certified consultant.
