B.I.G. Summer is an 8-week undergraduate research program for students interested in research that involves the analysis of and interpretation of biomedical and life sciences data. There is a $4200 stipend and the program is guaranteed to take place from June 21-August 13th, 2021 (entirely remote option is also available)! It's the perfect opportunity for pre-dental, pre MD/PhD & PhD students. While our focus is on students applying to graduate school for Fall 2021 and Fall 2022, exceptions can be made for exceptional candidates so everyone is welcome to apply. Due: Feb 17th, 2021

Undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students across the West Coast are all eligible to compete. The Data Open challenges students from the world's best universities to tackle real-world social challenges in topics such as urban traffic, renewable energy, and education. Taking place between February 16 - February 22, teams will have a week to work on their submissions, with the flexibility to showcase their skills on their own schedules. Top performing students have the opportunity to win $25,000 in cash prizes, exclusive recruiting opportunities with Citadel, and global recognition.
