My name is Gloriia Novikova, and I am a PhD Candidate at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. I am writing to let you know that Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai will be hosting a Virtual Biomedical Research Symposium for Underrepresented Scholars. It will take place on November 4th, 2020 and the applications are due on Friday, October 9th by 5pm.
The symposium is open to underrepresented students that are interested in graduate school. Undergraduates, Master's students as well as PREP scholars, technicians/research associates and non-traditional students are welcome to apply. Best presenters will receive application fee waivers for the program of their choice for the 2020-2021 application cycle. Additional information as well as the application link are available on our WEBSITE. We hope we can reach as many students as possible with your help and give them the opportunity to take advantage of the amazing resources we have here at Sinai.
